Description:
Whenever you get an error, being able to hover over it (just like in Excel/Google spreadsheet) and getting additional information/solution about the error.

Here's an example of a hover popup in spreadsheet

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an error such as #VALUE!
2. Hover over it

Actual Results:
Nothing, that's what my request is about

Expected Results:
For an hover popup to appear

Currently, error descriptions are in the status bar.
It is true that it would be helpful to have more information available, closer to where the issue is. A tooltip gives more space to expand on the issue.

This has already been requested in bug 79397, so marking as a duplicate.
But please do add your screenshot as an attachment there, for more inspiration.
