Description:
1. OS. WINDOWS 11  - LIBRE OFICE 7.3.6.2
2. ON CLICKING THE LO ICON THE OPENING LO COMMUNITY WINDOW FLASHES ON AND OFF AND DOES NOT OPEN.
3. RESTARTED THE COMPUTER BUT THE SAME HAPPENS
4. UNINSTALLED LO AND REINISTALLED LO 7.3.6.2. THE SAME HAPPENS
5. UNINSTALLED LO AND REINSTALLED LO 7.2 THE SAME HAPPENS
6. THE SAME HAPPENS ON MY WIFE'S COMPUTER

Steps to Reproduce:
1.SWITCHED OFF THE COMPUTER
2.REINSTALLED LO 7.6,3,2
3.REINSTALLED EARLER VERSION LO7.2

Actual Results:
LO IS UNABLE TO OPEN, THE UPSTART WINDOW FLASHING ON AND OFF REPEATEDLY. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE FLASHING IS TO SWITCH OFF THE COMMPUTER. THE SAME HAPPENS ON MY WIFE¨S COMPUTER
