Description:
Localized screenshots for Calc are not produced with command "make". Only en-US screenshot is created.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Build libreoffice with --with-lang=fr de ja  (whatever set of languages)
2.test build with languages if all is OK in user interface
3.issue "make screenshot" or "cd sc&& make screenshot" or "make sc.screenshot"
4. wait until finished
5. inspect workdir/screenshots/modules/scalc/ui/* to find a localized screenshot under $lang/ folder

Actual Results:
Only the en-US screenshot is produced in workdir/screenshots/modules/scalc/ui/

Expected Results:
each dialog shoot for each languages defined in the build option above for Calc

The screenshooting for Writer and others work well.
