I'm working on a DOCX document with tracked changes, and after accepting or rejecting all changes up to some point, I still see indications of changes in the paragraph numbers where no tracked changes are left, i.e. like so:

9. [8.]

instead of just

9.

Now, on the first paragraph where I see this, at the beginning of the paragraph, I've inserted a comment, which probably has something to do with the issue.

Unfortunately, I can't share the document, since it's private.

Thanks for the bug report! I haven't reproduced it, yet, but I'm going to check it.

A possible workaround is to save & reload the document.
