Description:
I cannot get back to the Select tool in Impress. Stays on the paint can. Have tried ESC but no affect.

Actual Results:
Cannot get back to the select icon after selecting paint. Stays on a paint can and I cannot select any item. Impress

Expected Results:
Esc or select tool icon should correct.

What do you mean with "paint can"? Please add a screenshot of that tool or add a detailed description how to access that tool.

The "paint can" seems to be the mouse pointer used when the clone tool is clicked. But pressing Esc should exit the clone tool.

Can you provide more info on what you were doing when the problem happened?

Maybe some steps for us to reproduce?
