Description:
After I enter my data into Tools - Options - LibreOfficeDev - User Data, in the File - New - Business Card - Private tab I get "Country/state:" and 2 input for this fields. In Writer the order is right, first the country, than the state. On help page they are reverse and if you fill the data based on Help, you can consider that first is the state, than the country.

--> Country and State need to change the order in the Help Page

The same thing is in file /text/shared/01/01010304.xhp country and state should change lines.
