LibreOffice is dark despite not being on LibreOffice Dark Color Scheme

When using a dark system theme in Windows settings, even with the LibreOffice color scheme set to "LibreOffice" and not "LibreOffice Dark", some aspects of the UI still turn dark. I wish there was a way to disable LibreOffice using the system theme for any colors because I want to have a dark system theme but a light LibreOffice theme and it automatically makes parts of the UI dark with no way to change it (see attached screenshot).

already implemented available at the 7.6.0 release, may not be backported to 7.5.x

DO NOT USE the LibreOffice Dark application colors--that is just a template to model adjustment of the Application colors to user preference. Likewise avoid the Tools -> Options -> Personalization themes.

Rather, let the UI respond to the os/DE Win10 provided color theme -- Dark or Light. You can set Win10 color theme to Custom and LibreOffice will follow setting of the Win10 "App" color mode.

The UI response toggle done for bug 153229 will allow user to override theme color mode behavior.
