Description:
5.1.3 [3.2.3] Layout

Looks like it is showing the previous heading number. It gets changed to "5.1.3 Layout" if we apply heading 3 format in track change mode

Actual Results:
5.1.3 [3.2.3] Layout

5.1.3 Layout

Please add a clearer set of steps to reproduce and perhaps a sample document. This would make it easier to reproduce the bug. Thank you.
