According to [1]:

"Tips are also displayed for some elements in a document, such as chapter names when you scroll through a long document."

Is the part about chapter names true/correct?

@Olivier -- not sure how to interpret NEW. 

Does that mean that "such as chapter names when you scroll through a long document" should be deleted?  

and a better example found (e.g., checkboxes and text entry boxes)?
