Create a new presentation, and select one of the textboxes on the default first slide you get. Now have a look at the "Properties" sidebar, under the "Paragraph" category.

You'll notice that the alignment buttons - Left, Center, Right, Justify - are enabled; but the _direction_ buttons - LTR, RTL - are disabled. They should not be!

At the moment, you can only use them if you double-click the textbox, entering edit mode.

This is particularly problematic when you're selecting multiple objects, since you can never be in edit mode for more than one of them at a time!

Notes:

1. You _can_ change the direction using Format | Paragraph.
2. The disabled direction buttons don't show the current object's direction, i.e. none of them will be pressed outside of edit mode. Should I file this as a separate bug?
