Description:
Toolbar settings not being being remembered when closing 7 5 1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.View toolbars
2.Select toolbars
3.Lock toolbars
4. Close Libre Office
5,Open Libre Office

Actual Results:
Toolbars not shown

Expected Results:
Toolbars should be shown

Thanks for the report.
Can you please be more precise about which toolbars you make visible and lock, and which user interface variant you use? (Classic, tabbed...)
Please also test in version 7.6 as 7.5 won't see further updates.
