Description:
When i open csv import window doesn't get reflected on taskbar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open csv file


Actual Results:
Import window doesn't appear on taskbar.

Expected Results:
Import window does appear on taskbar.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Why would it? The Text import dialog parent process is soffice.bin
