Steps.
1. Open Calc
2. Tools > Options > LibreOffice > General: turn on "Extended tips", click OK
3. Data > Validity > Criteria > Allow: Cell range
4. Hover over "Show selection list" to see the extended tip
5. Click on "Help" to see the corresponding help page.

Result: both show Ctrl + D as the shortcut for expanding the selection list, which actually is the default fill down shortcut. It should be Alt + Down.
