Attached file contains two media files, a sound and a video.
Their Format - Description field is empty.
The Accessibility sidebar does not warn about this, but if filled, this description could be saved to the PDF.

1. Open attached file
2. Open the Accessibility check sidebar, enable Tools - Automatic Accessibility Checking
-> sidebar does not warn about missing descriptions
