Description Andrius 2023-05-06 15:36:30 UTC
Description:
I have a word file .docx containing a table. The table occupies 4 pages, but when I open the document with LibreWriter it only shows the first page of the table. When I move down on the table with the down arrow button, the blinking dash goes out of the page and moves through the invisible text on the same line below the page. I don't have such problems with other .docx documents. But sometimes there are problems when I can't change the borders properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I just simply open a specific .docx file with a table.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
I see an incomplete table. I can only see one sheet of the table out of four.

Expected Results:
I should see the whole table spread over 4 sheets

Reproducible: Always

Sample file as odt (saved with word)

Please don't send private message, the only exception it's if there is no way to eliminate private data from it, to get a sample file.
Find attached your sample file, saved as odt with word (it uses odf 1.2), that open fine with 7.4

Tested your file show the whole table with:

Maybe some of Miklos's latest works about tables has solved the issue.

You can download 7.6 from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/
but they are development versions, not for productivity, at your risk.

Lets it resolved as works for me, because it works with v.7.6, and we don't know what has fix it.
