Description:
Libre Office is not showing border for the last textbox at the bottom of page containing image saying "Steps to creating powerpoint presentations" while MS Word is showing the same

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open in Libre Office 
2.Check the textbox at the bottom of page
3.See the missing border

Actual Results:
Border is not shown

Expected Results:
Border should be visible
