The Word document sent to me which has affected text
Created attachment 187501 [details] comparison between LO 7.5.3 and Office 365 Using attachment 187500 [details], I can not reproduce your issue on: Version: 7.5.3.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 9f56dff12ba03b9acd7730a5a481eea045e468f3 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded See attached comparison between LO and Office 365. Can you please: - update to the latest version of 7.5: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ - if the issue persists, share a screenshot of the difference between the two apps - and paste here the information copied from Help > About LibreOffice Thank you! It probably caused by font substitution, so it might be a (system) font issue Thanks for your help and suggestions. I decided that asking the Secretary to use a brand new template with only Arial font text would be the much more straightforward solution (especially as I couldn't understand some of the "solutions" I've been presented with). Thanks again. Thanks Tim. Setting the resolution to "works for me" instead, as "fixed" is for when a code patch fixes the issue. |
