That it is not implemented, so could be a request for enhancement? The trick, in cases like this one, is to search for with the double underlining, replace with some character not in the text. To after do the search and replace/modification you need, and search and replace again to recover from the initial replace. ¿enhancement? A search that fails to find the target formatting? Minor bug yes, but enhancement? Thanks, Tracey BTW Paragraph styles is check/selected. Makes sense that it should work, so let's accept it as a feature request How about warn the User that the filter criteria from the find/replace function are applicable to the find function. I now know what the issue is, but when I did NOT know I was puzzled why text that I knew was there did NOT show up in the find function. Thanks, Tracey |
