Description:
Libre Office assigns the blue colour to any cell containing an email address, colour which cannot be changed by the user.
There is a problem with that.
If any cell in any file contains the character “@“ Libre Office interprets it as part of an email address and assigns the blue colour to the text in that particular cell.
Nothing wrong in automatically assigning the blue colour to the text in such a cell, but, because the “@“ character may not be part of an email address, the user should have the option to change that colour to black or any other colour.

I came to the above conclusion after trying unsuccessfully to change the colour of a set of characters from the automatically assigned blue colour.
Some cells in my spreadsheet contain an email address, and that text is always blue.
After being unable to change the colour of a set of characters in other cells I tried to find a reason for that.
So, I wanted to change the color of text in a cell containing an email address, and I couldn’t.
So, I concluded the problem was the presence of the “@“ character in the set of characters in that particular cell, and Libre Office interpreted that as an email address.
I’m sure I was right in my conclusion. 

In my case I have spreadsheets containing passwords, and I use the “@“ character in some of those passwords.
It bothers quite a bit me quite a bit those cells have blue coloured text I cannot change.
(The file containing passwords is well protected!)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type an email address, see that all characters are in blue, and try to change that colour in any other colour.  It will not work!
2.Type a set of characters in any colour but blue not containing the “@“ character.
3.Try to change the colour of the characters, and that change will work.
4.Type a set of characters including the “@“ character in any colour but blue, and you’ll see all characters becoming blue.
5.Try to change the colour of those characters to any colour, and you will not be able to do that.

Actual Results:
Type any set of letters and characters in any spreadsheet cell containing the “@“ character.
Regardless what colour of text is assigned to those letters and characters the colour of all of them is blue, and if trying to change that it doesn’t work.

Expected Results:
The colour of characters did not change.
