This is not a bug, it is part of Libre Office, which should be changed. It is possible to go to Tools > Autocorrect options > Options, and untick "URL recognition". However, it won't recognise website URLs anymore either. Ideally, it would be treated separately, which is covered in bug 98154. Furthermore, undoing the change in formatting should be possible with Ctrl + Z, which is requested in bug 79404. Finally, you should be able to change the colour app-wide in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Application colors ("unvisited links"). Marking as duplicate of the first one because I have to pick one.
