Dear Libre office team,

I am working bi-lingual in writer. Sometimes UK English, sometimes German
When I open Tools/Autocorrect/Autocorrect options I can specify replacements for single and double quotes. Unfortunately this is not language specific. Is that intended?
Example:
In German I want " replaced with » and ' with ›.
In English for obvious reasons the ' can replaced with an ›.

When I change language I first have to go to the setting an enable or disable the replacement. Shouldn't they be language specific?

All input welcome
