Two UNO command / heading bookmark combination are erroneous:

(1) .uno:ListStyle goes to the Presentation Styles section:

(2) .uno:ParaStyle goes to the Graphics Styles section:

This can be tested with:
1. Open Writer
2. Pres F11 to open the Styles deck of the sidebar: the Paragraph Styles button is highlighted
3. Press F1: help page opens at Graphics Styles
4. Back in Writer, press the left arrow four times to highlight the List Styles button
5. Press F1: help page opens at Presentation Styles

I get

Could not find Help page (404).
