Description:
LibreOffice Calc: created a form template. Added multiple check boxes. Filled in this form, selecting several of these check boxes. In export to pdf these selected boxes are not visible. In Print to file they do appear correctly. Same is valid for radio buttons. I have not checked other form elements. It occurred also in previous versions of Calc, can't tell the first occurrence.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Created a new form template.
2.Added multiple check boxes in this form
3.Filled in this form, selecting several of these check boxes. 
4.Export to pdf

Actual Results:
Selected check boxes are not visible in pdf export, shown blank

Expected Results:
Selected check boxes are visible in pdf export

Checkbox is fine, but radio button does not show as selected.
Repro already in oldest of Linux 43all repo. Also repro on Windows.

There is a similar bug for Writer, but it seems the code is different as that one is a regression in 7.3: bug 154876.
