The command "Time" (.uno:InsertTimeField) has inserted the "Time (fixed)" field in LibreOffice 5 and 6. It inserts the "Time" field in LibreOffice 7.6. Please see also the discussion in bug 139141 and bug 157337. It is likely duplicate to bug 157337. Indeed, let's keep the conversation going in bug 157337.
