Description:
When a graphic object is set to "anchored to cell" mode, the anchor marker (The big grey icon with the picture of an anchor. See ScreenshotOfAnchorMark.png) obstructs mouse operation.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open SmallDrawTest03.ods
2. Select (click) the red graphic object on B3.
   Try to drag the handles of the object, for move or resize. You can't.
3. Another example. Select (click) the red graphic object on C3.
   Try to drag the handles or curvature-knob where the anchor marker overlaps over the object. You can't.
4. For cell C3, try to insert the text-edit cursor (caret) between the "a" and "n" by double clicking there. You can't.


Actual Results:
Step 2: you can't.
Step 3: you can't.
Step 4: you can't.


Expected Results:
It seems better to make the mouse operations consistent with objects of "anchored to page" mode:
  - With object B8, you can drag-resize it (although it is too small to drag-move),
  - In object C8, you can drag it by holding nearly anywhere, can change the curvature, and can double-click between the "a" and "n".

Additional Info:
There are alternative ways to resize or move objects, so the priority of this issue is low, but this symptom is nevertheless annoying.

I have not problem to do the mentioned drag operations.

Maybe you can solve using a bit greater zoom.

That's why I said that there are alternative ways.

Strange.
A. On your environment, are the anchor icon and the handle boxes the same sizes as ScreenshotOfAnchorMark.png ? (at zoom 100%)
B. Did you try to drag the handles which are behind the anchor on object B3: at the left corners, left edge, top edge, lower edge?
C. Is there any option that switches how the anchor icon grabs focus, and I am setting it in a wrong mode?

And a more basic question is, why does the icon grab the focus, when it seems it's doing nothing useful but hindrance? Shouldn't it be designed to not grab the focus?

Discussed this in the bug live stream and the consensus was that in Calc, it would be better to let mouse interaction go through the anchor marker. In Calc, you don't drag the anchor like you do in Writer.
