Description:
I am unable to update LibreOffice.  The update starts, and then I get,"The features you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable Error 1714.  Older version cannot be removed.

Actual Results:
Attempt to update.  Update starts running and downloading and then when it installs after a moment, this issue occurs (what was stated above)  Instillation stops and i get error 1714.

Expected Results:
I have to cancel to get out of the install

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
I have tried this several times.  I did remove older versions of the installed program.  I am wondering if I remove, or uninstall the present version and then try to download LibreOffice again if that will solve the problem.  I hesitate to do so because I have hundreds of files that I will not be able to view and print if I cant reinstall LibreOffice after removing it.  Hope you can help.

Uninstall doesn't affect your working files, even the profile, it's not removed.

But making a backup in other device(s) it's always a good idea.

From where do you download the installation file?

Infelizmente não consigo instalar o libreoffice. Já tentei várias vezes, eu desinstalei para ser se corrigia o erro, mas não deu certo. Ele pede uma versão antiga para atualizar e não tenho mais ela instalada. O que eu posso fazer agora.
