Description:
MS-WORD Registers a custom URI scheme to allow WebDav without any additional plugins or third-party installed software. Libre Office should support the same ability as MS-Word provides ...to have the ability to edit documents remotely. This would involve registering a Libre-Office custom URL scheme when first installing the software or update.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try and create a link to edit a document in chrome or safari
2. No custom url scheme exists to accomplish this like MS-Word provides

Actual Results:
No way to accomplish without third-party software.

Expected Results:
Document or Spreadsheet opens... can be edited and save to remote URL all from within Libre Office.
