add (page break, column break ,section break) to the list of visible formatting marks.

Just like making spaces, tabs, and paragraph marks visible.

Having issues with manual page breaks, section/column breaks but I am unable to see them.

If issue #(45261 & 157727) is corrected then the need to make the section/column breaks is not needed.

Visibility of manual page breaks is still needed.
