Description:
I've installed Version 7.6.3.1 of LibreOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Version 7.6.3.1 I press <Alt>+<Num0...9.
2. It happen something in the navigator.
3. I reinstalled Version 7.6.2.1 and special characters have been created again.

Actual Results:
It happen something in the navigator.

Expected Results:
By pressing <Alt>+<Num0...9>, a special character is created.

The version 7.6.3.1 is installed.
