Recently the Alt+F12 combination stopped working in Writer.

1. Open a new Writer document
2. Press Alt+F12
-> Options dialog does not open, instead the paragraph gets numbering

The problem in 3bd3c41bc930406ec3d995a45a7f7060d572bbd0 is that it defines
