In LibreOfficeDev_24.8.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86-64.msi archive content, fdupes report a identical content of the below files :
LibreOfficeDev 24:./license.txt
LibreOfficeDev 24:./share/extensions/nlpsolver/registration/license.txt
LibreOfficeDev 24:./share/extensions/wiki-publisher/registration/license.txt

Keeping a single file would save 976 KB of installed size.
