I confirm described behaviour with Version: 24.2.0.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: b4d45829793cddfe67b58a53f495528c75738d8a CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL threaded But not sure, if it should be changed. Current behaviour is user-friendly, if you want to type new text. Perhaps inconsistent behaviour: Drag and drop a selected word includes also preceding space, see bug 141738 Cut a selected word, cut also the preceding space (see bug 139631) Pressing "delete" with a selected word doesn't delete leading space (this bug) Best solution would be, that preceding space is only deleted, if you press delete or backspace, but i don't know, if this is feasible from a technical side cc: Design-Team This has been discussed recently. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 149254 *** |
