Description:
After update Windows 11 Version 23H2 для систем на базе процессоров x64, 2024 01 (KB5034123)and .NET Framework 3.5 и 4.8.1 для Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 system (KB5033920) the program Libreoffice 7.6.3 than install 7.6.4.1 but it not work, not starting,When you click on the program shortcut, nothing happens, the program does not start

Actual Results:
When you click on the program shortcut, nothing happens, the program does not start

Expected Results:
when you click on the program shortcut, the program should turn on as before

Additional Info:
I can't start the program because it doesn't work
Before this problem occurred, I was using the version
 7.6.3 the program stopped working after updating Windows, I reinstalled the latest version 7.6.4.1 and it doesn’t work either

If nothing works, try through 'Add and remove programs' on the system and select repair it.
