Steps how to reproduce with Server Installation of Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: 7fff4e2ca6739928f72e5f0d2eb5820823916769
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE; Theme: Colibre
Calc: CL threaded – normal Test Profile created from 7.6

1. Open attached New_TextCut_Calc_PL_004.ods with 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ and
   Skia disabled
   » Expected: Looks perfect
Actual: several rotated texts in Column Headings truncated at the right 😥
For Example Colum D header "Artike" instead of "Artikel"

Additional Info:
----------------
a) In the sample document you will find some screenshot details showing the
   problem (red arrows)
b) Problem vanishes with Skia enabled
c) in 7.6.1.1 All Column Headings look perfect with and without Skia enabled
d) Related to "Bug 157986 - Contents in rotated text frame invisible if SKIA rendering is disabled"?

e) removing formatting bold and color from text strings will not heal the problem

Confirm
Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 25276df12abd9d002f7f899900434617b256f745
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3 Build 9600; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); UI: en-US
Calc: CL threaded

Asking myself: is there are reason to disable Skia? Non-skia rendering likely to degrade in quality as non-default
