Description:
It is not possible to fix the navigator on the panel on the left in gnome 45

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F5
2. Press ctrl twice on the window or on the title bar of the navigator window
3. Manually drag to the left

Actual Results:
The navigator is not fixed

Expected Results:
It will be possible to pin the navigator as a panel on the left


Reproducible: Always

This is likely because of Wayland and bug 113330 / bug 152088.
Let's mark as duplicate of the enhancement requested in bug 113416.
