Example file from Writer with named hyperlink

This is related to bug 159897

In Word if the hyperlink has a ScreenTip set, that text is shown as a tooltip when hovering over the link.
In Writer it would be useful to mimic this behavior, showing the Name of the hyperlink.

1. Open attached document
2. Hover over the hyperlink
-> The "Ctrl-click to open hyperlink: ..." tooltip appears. 
This could be extended to show the Name, if it is provided, in place (or in addition?) of the actual link.

It has been pushed to "master":

It will be available in 24.8.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
