Description:
Hidden ONLY info in cells, but not frame.
In my opinion: frame is part of cell.

Actual Results:
Print frames without info in cells

Expected Results:
Print clear space - no frames, no info in cells

More powerfulll effect: when all cells in row "Hidden when print" then this line height=0 to print.

Please attach a sample file, reduce the size as much as possible without private information, and paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is a copy icon.

You have set up the borders with direct format, which overrides the styles options.

The best way is to clear the direct format in those cells, and set up the styles, one for not protected, and one for use with the conditional format, making the second descending from the first, you only need to change the protection.
