Actually I got it to work in Calc as well, but with some caveats. 1) Only Hunspell works (I could not make LanguageTool work inside shapes and text boxes, neither in Calc nor in Writer) 2) In Calc, when you insert a text box (and Hunspell is enabled), spelling mistakes will be underlined while the text box is being edited; but the redline will be removed after you exit the text box 3) In Calc, right-clicking a spelling mistake inside a text box will not show anything (in Writer it will show the possible corrections) Confirmed as Rafael sees it in: Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 39663a323c3330c18b610fcdc9e9c75ddac770f1 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded Same in OOo 3.3, although, interestingly, the Thesaurus could be used with a right click back then, but can't anymore. Changing from "enhancement" to "bug" because we've got the red underline without options to fix it. |
