In the solver dialog (Tools - Solver), some fields should be disabled depending on what else is defined in the dialog.

There are 2 situations that need to be fixed:

1) The input field to the right of "Value of" should only be enabled if "Value of" is selected

2) In the constraints area, when the options "Binary" or "Integer" are selected, the right input field should be disabled, because they have no effect
