In GlobalScope.BasicLibraries.Tools.Misc the function GetLocale() is missing.
If it is intentional, please update the relevant manual- and help-sections (eg.: https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/de/text/sbasic/shared/03/lib_tools.html?&DbPAR=BASIC&System=WIN#misc_module ).
