Description:
Other apps (MSO, google docs) and LibreOffice Writer has following use case to end bullet/numbering list.

1-) Open a slide
2-) Start bullet list int a text area
3-) Type "words" then Enter
4-) Enter again

Impress keeps the line empty with bullet and allows the list continue.

Pressing Enter on an empty bullet list line should end list same like other apps.

I set New as that behaviour would be similar to Writer.

Gülşah Köse committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":

It will be available in 24.8.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
