This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-1748aca4-dd91-4dfd-a5b6-f1eeb2272089.

Deleted two forms in small database. It asked permission for the first and I clicked yes. It asked for permission for the second. I clicked yes. The forms didn't show on the list and then the program closed abruptly.

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today + gen rendering, I don't reproduce this.

Could you apply https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile and give a new try?
