Description:
When a rectangular form is selected, "Position and size" dialogue window is open and Inclination and radius corner tab is selected, the "Radius for corner" numbers frame appears in gray not enabling radius creation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file /new file
2.Choose rectangle in the draw bar and draw it whithin whorkspace
3.Pointing any point of the rectangle with right mouse button select Position and Size with the left button
4.Whithin the dialogue window just opened click on Inclination and radius corner tab (third on right)
5.Radius for corner appears in gray

Actual Results:
Error continue

Expected Results:
Sofware should enable Radius corner performance in a rectangular form because is not a square form in which case is no permitted

The radius property is available for text boxes, legacy rectangles and squares. Legacy rectangles and squares are available when displaying the corresponding toolbar in View - Toolbars - Legacy Rectangles.
