Example file from Word 2016

Attached example file contains some text and a grouped shape whose vertical position is set as Absolute position of 0.35 cm "Below line".

In Writer it opens somewhat closer to the top of the page than in Word, so it covers more of the right-aligned XXX characters.

1. Open attached file
-> Grouped shape covers the text above it more than in Word.

and in older versions as well, it used to be differently bad before 6.0 or so.

Setting is imported as "From bottom" 0.35 cm to "Line of text".
However, if I change it to be -0.35 cm, it seems to jump to the correct location.
