The "get more extensions" link in the StartCenter opens a URL like:

http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/getmore?cid=xyz

the getmore shortcut seems to display Sun / Oracle extensions only.

We should default to just 
 http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/<lang>
or make it configurable.

Fixed it in several places. The localisation there was done by a redirection from some page in tools.services.openoffice.org but doesn't work with general URL.

Fixed the localization for the extensions and template links in the start center.
