Currently Makefile in rawbuild/* knows dev-install but does not know "install" at all. As this target is one of the basics of Unix "make"ing, we really, really should support a "make install" (if that calls ooinstall internally fine) but it should work.

I guess adding a "install" target that calls ooinstall would not be too hard, so adding this to EasyHacks too.
