Steps how to reproduce with "LibreOffice 3.3.0 RC2 - WIN XP English UI  [OOO330m18 (build 3.3.0.2)] without installed local Help":
1. open new CALC document
2. Press 'Find & Replace' icon
   dialog appears
3. <Help>
   expected: Help
   actual: "Scalc/2311655435  There is currently no text in this page."

Related Help contents is available with German UI after installation of local Help package

It works for me with LibreOffice 3.3.2, page exists in wiki.
