Hi Florian, It seems that nobody has translated it, so it's missing. See on Pootle : http://translations.documentfoundation.org/de/libo33/translate.html?search=Characters+excluding+spaces&sfields=source&sfields=target Could you ask on the German list is somebody is taking care of the German localization and if yes, give an update on the l10n list where to take the file, because the Pootle one is not uptodate.
