This issue is the same as reported for OOo (Issue 116085).

PDF exporting of a range of pages contains the bookmarks of the entire document.

The attached document was made from the document provided in Bug 31606 (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31606) and exporting pages 30 to 40.

Note: Bug 31606 can also be confirmed by this attachment.

Just to report that the latest RC3 has this issue solved.
