I tried to reproduce this bug without success.
I'm on a pc Linux Debian X86-32 on master branch (3.5).
I tried too with 3.4.3 Debian package without success too.

vitriol: do you confirm you still have this pb with 3.4.x ?

Yes, I conform the crash with version 3.4.3
Comment 4 Julien Nabet 2011-10-25 07:29:50 UTC
vitriol: oups, I had read the case too quickly. I reproduced the crash on 3.4.3 and on master (future 3.5). I need to do more tests.
Sorry for the last post.

the 4 backtraces during saving

Just before saving, I used "break __cxa_throw" and got 3 backtraces before the fourth and final backtrace of SIGSEGV.
I put them all in a zip attached.

[This is an automated message.]
This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugHunting_Session_3.5.0.-1

bt + console msg on master

I still reproduce the problem on master updated today with pc Debian x86-64.
I attached bt + console logs.

However, it seems there are some problem with odf validation (tested with this one : http://odf-validator.rhcloud.com/)

Bug 33662 - WinDbg session with FAILED_SOURCE_CODE

Confirmed with:
LO 3.5.4.2
Build ID: own W7 debug build
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit

Crash while saving .docx.
Attached full WinDbg session with FAILED_SOURCE_CODE.
Comment 11 vitriol 2012-11-15 08:51:51 UTC
Seems no more reproducible in version 3.6.4.1 pre. The frame that contain image is removed during conversion (bad...), but no crash. Maybe related to bug 48569.
Works for me for now.
