In Menus, most of hotkeys are displayed as:

- Undo: ???+Z
- Redo: ???+Y
- Paste: ???+V

And should display:

- Undo: Ctrl+Z
- Redo: Ctrl+Y
- Paste: Ctrl+V

NOT reproducible with "LibreOffice 3.3.0 RC4 – WIN7  Home Premium  (64bit) Spanish UI [OOO330m19 (build 6 / tag 3.3.0.4)]"

Please contribute more information concerning your Linux version, LibO theme setting, other possible reasons for the problem.
A screenshot might be useful.
